Swedish ice hockey has a long history, and Swedish champions have been crowned in various ways over the years—sometimes through playoffs culminating in a final, and at other times through league play. However, since the formation of Elitserien in 1975, champions have been determined in a Swedish Championship final. For this reason, we list only finals played from 1975 onwards, although the championship titles themselves span the entire history of Swedish ice hockey.
